It's important to pop your delivery in the freezer immediately and then keep frozen at -18c until ready to consume.
Our drivers will call prior to delivery, and not drop off the order if they cannot get hold of the customer. We will re deliver the next available day.
It varies depending on the item. Please refer to the baking instructions card delivered with your order for defrosting instructions. All instructions are also on this website for each product.
Please refer to the best before date on the information sheet received with your order. Generally the product will be fine for up to 9 months. Remember to keep the product in a sealed bag or container while in the freezer.
We will call you prior to delivery to confirm that you will be available to receive the package.
We aim to deliver orders from 8am - 5pm / Monday to Friday. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
We'll give you a call prior to delivery to check that you will be home to receive your order.
Please provide a window of at least two hours where you are at home to receive your order.
Our driver will drop your order off at your doorstep and will call or text you to notify you of delivery. Our drivers use masks, hand sanitiser and fresh gloves for every delivery.
If you see our driver, please maintain the two meters social distancing.
At present we are delivering to Auckland as far north as Albany, as far west as Titirangi, as far east as Howick, as far south as Takanini.
Sorry we don’t deliver to Waiheke Island or to rural addresses.

If we cannot get hold of you, we will reattempt on the next available delivery day.
